Job description
Responsibilities include overall network planning, standards

Job Description
The Storage Administrator role works under the supervision of the Storage Delivery Manager and is responsible for the day to day storage management as required by the Storage Managed Services contract and Service Level Agreements between DCI and the client. This is a technical role and is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the storage infrastructure.

Job Description
The architect will be responsible for designing, documenting and maintaining the storage and/or the backup/restore infrastructure in order to meet agreed upon SLAs. Additionally, the Architect will be responsible for modifying DCI’ss measuring and reporting tools as required for customer SLA sign-off. The Architect will integrate DCI’s operational best practices in order to merge the customer’s storage operations with the Storage Managed Services best practice. The Architect will be required to maintain a strong knowledge of emerging storage technologies and to provide input to the SRM team and customer regarding continuous improvement opportunities.
