DCi Receives Microsoft Competency Certifications for Network
Infrastructure Solutions and Security Solutions
TETERBORO, NEW JERSEY, December 12, 2005 – DCi announced
today that it has received Microsoft’s recognition of its
Competency in Network Infrastructure Solutions and in Security
Solutions.
The Competency program managed by Microsoft is intended to identify
and certify the Competency of its business partners in specific
areas in which they have successfully implemented technology
solutions that build upon Microsoft servers and software to implement
advanced technology solutions for their customers.
These Network Infrastructure and Security Solutions Competencies
were received after Microsoft’s validation with DCi’s
customer of their successful completion of IT infrastructure
design, development and implementation of a number of customer
projects in each of these areas. To certify its business partner’s
competencies, the business partner must submit business and technical
summaries of the project completed, including design features
and benefits to the customer’s IT Infrastructure. Once
submitted to Microsoft, Microsoft interviews the customers for
whom the work was done and validates the completeness and effectiveness
of the solution and the customer’s total satisfaction with
the projects.
The Network Infrastructure Solutions and Security Solutions
projects completed by DCi were implemented under the guidance
of DCi’s Chief Technical Officer, Steven Antoshak. Mr.
Antoshak stated “Microsoft’s program provides DCi
with a structured and formal way to document the success of DCi’s
Business Focused IT engagements which we were completed for our
major customers. In addition to the Network Infrastructure Solutions
and Security Solutions that were evaluated and certified by Microsoft,
we have also completed an number of major Advanced IT Infrastructure
Solutions which are currently being reviewed by Microsoft for
addition DCi Competency certification.”

DCi Successfully Completes Spin-Off From ViewCast Corporation
GREENWICH, CONNECTICUT, November 18, 2005 - An affiliate of Desrosier & Co., along with Harbinger Mezzanine Partners, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of DCi from ViewCast Corporation. John DeVito, President of Delta CompuTec LLC (DCi) will lead the management team and the Company will continue to be based out of its Teterboro, NJ headquarters.
